Would someone be able to clarify something about the "SchoolPool" and "In VP in RSO" information?

Both "SchoolPool" and "In VP in RSO" are set to receive the inactivity messages, but their accounts don't go inactive if the user has an active SchoolPool trip (for the "SchoolPool") or if the user is active in a vanpool (for "In VP in RSO").

Please confirm the system will not deactivate even if a user has an active SchoolPool trip or is active in a vanpool, but still does not log in to the system for more than 180 days.

I had originally thought "inactivity" was solely defined as not logging in to the system. Now it sounds as though it can either have something to do with logging in to the system or having one of these kinds of trips in place.

Is an "active" vanpool indicated by the user being marked as an attendee in the vanpool?

How is "activity" defined, in the case of a schoolpool? I mean, if the user is not logging in to the system, what's to say the user remains active in an ongoing schoolpool?

 If someone is listed as a participant in a vanpool in RSO, or if the person has a SchoolPool trip, they are not inactivated due to inactivity on their part. Both of these types of users are considered "managed" in the system and it is up to the Admin to change their status.

 

The question about activity is interesting. Activity is defined as logging in. So, the Last Activity date is the created date or the last time to user logged in. However, in certain instances, like those you have cited, the Status "Active" does not necessarily reflect user system activity.
