We've recently released iCarpool TripLogger apps for iPhone and Android. The iCarpool TripLogger app can be used to log trips from your phone to your trip log calendar in the iCarpool-RideshareOnline platform. If you have set up a Trip Log Template, the app can also be used to confirm trips that are posted to your account based on the template.
iOS App
- You can download and install it by going to the App Store and searching for the term "iCarpool" and/or "TripLogger". Make sure you install the "TripLogger" app from iCarpool as there is another app from iCarpool in the App Store and there are other TripLogger apps that do not link with the iCarpool-RideshareOnline platform and do different things.
- The iOS App requires iOS 5.0 or later. It is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
- The link to the iOS app is here: iCarpool TripLogger. You'll also find documentation about the features of the app there.
Android App
- You can download and install it by going to the Play Store and searching for the term "iCarpool" and/or "TripLogger". Make sure you install the "TripLogger" app from iCarpool as there are other TripLogger apps that do not link with the iCarpool-RideshareOnline platform and do different things.
- The Android App requires Android 4.0 or above. It is compatible with phones and tablets.
- The link to the Android app is here: iCarpool TripLogger. You'll also find documentation about the features of the app there.
Apart from the documentation and screen shots already available in the App Store and the Play Store, I've included a few notes about the apps that might be helpful for Admins.
We would appreciate receiving your reviews and feedback directly via the Play Store or the App Store. If you need help or have suggestions you could also reach out to support@rideshareonline.com. Also when promoting the app - it would be great if users could be encouraged to provide reviews and/or feedback.

Amol,
Do you have analytics that tell you how many times the app has been downloaded? It would be very interesting to get that report. I've just emailed all of the members in our jurisdiction.
Exciting to hear the promotion of the apps. Thanks for sharing.
It's possible to view a range externally via the Android Play Store : Android TripLogger. At the bottom you can see the range under Installs. I haven't seen equivalent information displayed in the Apple App Store.
Internally, yes - we do have counts - but I've seen them delayed and we don't have a distribution by geography. At this point of time, we have Android downloads sitting at 21 and iPhone sitting at 38.
