On of the foundations of the iCarpool platform is that it tracks one way trips and multiple trips per day. So how can you adapt the data for programs that base incentives and subsidies on days instead of trips?

Question:
I need to run a report on a network in order to find the number of days each particpant logged a non-SOV trip, not the number of trips they each logged.

Option 1:
Configure a placeholder incentive and reward - let's call this DaysCheckerIncentive. Configure the incentive with the following values:
1."Show incentive to users" as "No"
2."Program based on" as "Days"
3."Enter qualifying number" as "1"
4."Qualifying modes" as all the Non-SOV modes
5."Trip Purpose" as "Commute"
6.Enter the Tracking Start Date and Tracking End Date as the dates you have set for the participation criteria.
7.Rest of the fields could be left as default or you may have to fill in some placeholder values.

Once you have saved the incentive, go to  "Manage Incentive" and "List of users that qualify".

You can copy the participants from this page and paste it into Excel. As you are selecting from the HTML directly, you may have to be careful when selecting only the list content and clean up a few cells, but the list would show the number of days each participant has logged.

Option 2:
Another way which might be cleaner is if you use the CSV generated by the "User Trips Aggregate And Detailed Report". The data could be grouped using name and date which would give you the number of days
