Are you having trouble logging into the test server (https://rsotraining.icarpool.us/en/Login.aspx)?
If you are having trouble logging into the testserver (https://rsotraining.icarpool.us/en/Login.aspx), you may not have logged in recently. It has gone through a number of updates. In order to ensure we do not send emails inadvertently to end users while testing functionality, email addresses have been scrambled and last names changed. To access the test server try the following:
User account (https://rsotraining.icarpool.us/en/Login.aspx) access only:
Option 1: Try the email and password that you previously used to access the test server. If that works - great. It means you have accessed the training server since the last scramble.
Option 2: Create a new account using Sign Up. Because your original email address has been scrambled, it can be reused.
Administrator access (https://rsotraining.icarpool.us/admin/en/Login.aspx):
Option 1: If you want to retain the administrative rights previously configured, and if you know the screen name (e.g. AnneB) and password you used for the test server, you can access the administrator application by typing your Screen Name in the Email Address and entering your password. Once in, you can go to the Users menu and search for your user account using your first name or partial screen name. Generally only a few letters have been scrambled on the email so you should be able to figure out which is the right one. You will not be able to proxy into the account given it is an administrator account. Instead, copy the email address, open the user application (https://rsotraining.icarpool.us/en/Login.aspx), paste in the scrambled email address and enter your password. Once you log in, you can go to your profile and update your email address to the correct address.
Option 2: If you do not recall your password, you will need to sign up and create a new user account and request administrative rights to the appropriate networks.
