A previous forum posting outlines a proposal to add Spanish translation in the iCarpool platform and to support Spanish customers via email and telephone. Please check out that posting if you have questions about the proposal and how we envision you and other administrators would serve Spanish-speaking customers.

Please check out the language translation features and options and ask questions. Then, before mid-February, let us know whether you're ready for us to add the Spanish translation option to the iCarpool Pacific Northwest platform, which includes RideshareOnline, DriveLessConnect, i-Way, Totem Lake Green Trips, etc.

Here's how to give the Spanish options a test drive:

iCarpool platform: log into the training site (link in the Basics box to the left). The Spanish option is available for you to view.

> telephone translation services: instructions are in the Basics box to the left - click Spanish translation via phone.  

> email translation services: try Google translate, Babelfish or another online translation tool.
