We're just wrapping up Go by Bike Week. We had participants log their trips in the system for a prize drawing, which led to over 100 new registrants. That's a substantial number for our small database in SW Oregon. However, I had something approaching ten complaints about the system--particularly login troubles like this one:

I have been having difficulty with the DriveLessConnect website.  Everyday I have signed on it hasn't taken my password.  Yesterday, I sent for a new password that was rejected this morning.  My sense is I won't be going back to the website due to the sign-in difficulties.

Other users talked about being unable to get past the magic word verification or other password and registration issues. Is it normal for a substantial portion (nearing 10%) of new registrants to contact administrators with problems? Is there a system reason there might have been a high number of problems this week? I'm sure there was some user error, and it seems there might have been some corporate IT security issues as well... but does that account for all the issues experienced by new users this week?

I can confirm that there hasn't been any system issue that could result in login or registration problems.
