New features are LIVE in the SmartRideshare Platform!

New Year - New Features!!

We will be highlighting new features at this months Admin Meeting (January 29th), but here is a preview!

They are 'live' in both the test site and production site.  Remember - it is always a good idea to play around in the test site to avoid having an impact on your current users.

Attached is a description of the highlighted new features.  

New/Updated Features

  • Network Link Association
  • Scheduled Emails Based On Network Join Date
  • Community Networks
  • Community Network Trip Widget

Miscellaneous Updates

A number of additional updates have also been pushed out. Below is a partial list.

  • Zip code is required when creating a worksite.
  • The Child Network Report contains a new field for GRH enabled at parent network level.
  • For creating a Linked Incentive, the incentive to link doesn’t have to be visible. 
  • Bug fixes and performance optimizations.
