State Updates:

Washington State Update – Victoria Tobin

            Days for Donation is coming up for King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.  Concept based on feedback that people wanted to be able to give back. $25,000 will go to three different charities (one in each county).

Annual Clean up Tasks

Park and Rides – list will be emailed out shortly.  Please get your list back to us by the end of the month.

Admins – Beginning of the year is a good time to review who your admins are for your network and remove the status of anyone who has left.  The following report will help.  You can export it to Excel and look at the folks in your specific network.

Network Administrator Permissions Report (Grant/Revoke) 

 

Long Trips Report:

The most recent version was sent out with the meeting invite.  Remember that you can only go back 28 days, so it’s important to address these as quickly at possible.

            -We will continue to send these monthly even without having meetings every month

            -If you need someone else on the list to receive these reports let us know

            -If you need the report run more often during a specific time of the year, let us know.
