 - Washington: Island Transit offered a start new group get first month free promotion and join an existing vp get a $50 credit towards first month promotion.

 - Oregon: Statewide challenge saw approximately 50% increase in participation this year over last. Primarily due to business to Business Challenges in the new challenges module.
