A couple of items that are ready to go right away include Facebook and Twitter functionality that was demonstrated at April’s Administrator’s meeting (PowerPoint covering the functionality from that demonstration is attached - Soc.pptx). Last week, we had a few administrators test the functionality in the test environment. Testing went well, and we added the functionality to the production environment over the weekend. Please give them a try. If you run into any troubles, please let me know.

Twitter: Twitter functionality is available under the “Edit/View notification” link inside Administrator application, in the Users menu. You will need a Twitter account and Twitter feeds in place to try this functionality. Once you post a Twitter notice, you should be able to log into a user account for the same network to see the user experience for viewing the Twitter feeds.

Facebook: Facebook is available in the user application. Users can link to facebook on login or under their Profile Menu.  You will need to have a Facebook account configured that you can link to prior to using the functionality.

When you are in the administrator application, you may notice some other minor updates that have been added to the Administrator Application including (by menu item):

Users

• CVS Imports: Import history available along with status – no need to remember ImportID.

• CVS Imports - Configurable import email subject can now be configured along with email content.

• Incentive, GRH emails have network related footer as against domain footer (e.g. - Best regards,

Acme Toy Company Team vs. domain footer of Best regards, RideshareOnline Team)

• # of active and inactive users displayed

Benefits

• Incentive, GRH emails have network related footer (e.g. Best regards, Program Administration Team, Boeing) instead of generic RideshareOnline.com footer.

Ellen Cintron noted that post upgrade that the Work Address (street) column is blank in the “User Registration Report”. The fix has been identified and will be applied over the weekend. If you run into any other issues, please note on the issues log (attached Issues%20Log%20-%20template.xls) and send it back to me via email so I can see they are addressed ASAP.

If you have questions, let me know.
