System Updates - Spanish and Bike Locker Enhancements

Spanish was turned on in the production environment over the weekend.  Additionally, a few minor enhancments have been added recently including:

• A new drop down option in the network administration email send functionality “All GRH enrolled users”. The option is visible only if a network has GRH enabled and configured the program such that enrollment is required.
• New drop down option in the network administration email send functionality “All bike locker users”. The option is visible only for regional networks that have the Bike Locker module turned on.
• System now allows customization of the locker held notification and the locker released notification at the network level.
