Tracking Trip Reduction Goals in RSO

On April 18th we will be kicking off our Destination Downtown pilot program here in Vancouver, and based on an already defined work program, we know that we need to have approximately 300 new people come into the program.  I was curious if anyone has started using the system yet to track measurable goals or progress and how exactly you are doing this.  Thanks!!
