...anyone else having issues with the General Alternative Transportation report? I notice that no matter what date range is used, the ridematch stats come back with the same numbers.

Thanks,

Ridematch stats are based on all time.  The system is not capable of providing ridematch stats within a specified timeframe.  It's a big bummer, I agree.

so if we don't catch it at a the time we need, then we're out of luck....suppose I could divide it out, but the numbers won't be accurate.

Thanks, Tracy!

yep, that is exactly right!  This is (in my humble opinion) a giant flaw with this system!

agreed!

Ridematch requests are a count of total ridematch requests in the system at the time the report isrun - not for the timeframe requested.  Once ridematches are removed from the system - they no longer show in the count so you cannot divide the total ridematch request by total months (which I assume is what you are suggesting with the comment "suppose I coudl divide it out").  What we do for King County and statewide reports, is run the report at the same time each month (e.g. end of month) so we track trend over time if ridematch requests are going up or down.
