If you have customers in a highly density area running matchlists that would have a full 5 pages of results, they are likely to get a timeout error. Shorter matchlists are coming through without issue. SmartRideshare is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. This issue appears to be specific to matchlists.
If someone has a shorter matchlist they do not receive the error.
