Hi  - has anyone else run into this issue?

We have two incentive programs for $50 and $100 gift cards ready to go live for the Portland Metro Network. However, the incentive programs are only accepting networks that start with A-E and not F - Y. I’ve tried adding in the F-Y networks several times for both incentives and they default back to A-E. Maybe the system can only handle a certain amount of networks per incentive?

We need to get this posted today to go live Monday, February 4. Possible solution to this glitch is to set up four different incentive programs for networks - two $50, for A-E and F-Y and two $100, for A-E and F-Y.

Thoughts? Advice?

Please and thanks!!

Wow, that's a bit weird, isn't it? I have no idea.  I'd call Tom Devlin at King County Metro: (206) 684-1528 or tom.devlin@kingcounty.gov

Thanks, Tracy - I'll give him a call.  For the time being, I am leaving all networks as eligible, even though some are not. I have a sentence in the notes section calling out agencies that are not eligible for awards.

For the record, when selecting networks that are eligible, the system only allows 85 at a time (at least for me).

That's good to know. Please post the solution when you find one.

You bet!

Pamela,

A minor update was pushed to the RSO-iCarpool platform over the weekend. Please try out the scenario again and let us know how it goes.

Thank you, Amol!  That seems to have done the trick.  - P
