Two additional optional features were added to both the test and production servers by iCarpool. Functionality includes:

Custom Attribute: Available in the Administration Application under ‘Settings’, administrator now have the option to enable and label a required or optional “Custom Attribute” (field) that is displayed to users and can be used to capture and store a unique identifier for the user such as Employee ID. If the custom attribute is enabled, Users can complete the field during the registration process or under ‘Profile>My Networks’ if they are already registered with the system.

External form integration for incentives: Available in the Administration Application under Benefits>Incentives, Administrations can create an incentive and after saving it, can link questions to the incentive using external form integration tools (e.g. WuFoo).

Please feel free to review both of these functionalities on your own. Support@rideshareonline.com staff are also currently reviewing the functionality. Once staff is familiar enough with the tool to support, a demonstration of the functionality will be provided at an upcoming regional administrator training session.

Great news on the custom attributes function. The ability to link a user profile with an externally significant ID has been a needed/often requested feature for awhile now. This could be useful for linking a user w/an external payroll process for subsidy fufillment, transit/vanpool data, or linking a user with an external transit pass system. In Washignton State, this development should help clear the way for more CTR employers to transition to RSO for travel tracking and subsidy fufillment. Thanks for the update! 

This represents a significant advance in the system's capabilities to accommodate a variety of internal business process needs.  Great work!
