Hello,

There is a Microsoft employee who commutes from Whidbey Island in an Island Transit vanpool. When she enters her vanpool number (806), she is told that number is not valid. What is the solution? Thanks!

Hi Daniel - she'll want to check with Island Transit. They'll be able to either give her the correct van number or update the van in the system so the number is valid. Please have them contact us if we can help  - they can reach us at support@rideshareonline.com. Thanks!

Thank you, Alex. The employee had also contacted Island Transit, who told her she needed to enter VP 806. Issue resolved!
